Our parties are completely PRIVATE events, which means no crowed spaces and shared equipment.
Your child's celebration will feel truly personalized.
Let us take the stress out of your child’s party & let us do the work for you!
Just let us know your theme & or color(s) & we will do the rest, including set up & clean up for your party.
We want your child's celebration to feel exclusive, fun and stress free for everyone!
Birthday Party Rates:(As of 3/12/26)
IEA Current Members ONLY: $200
Non Members: $250
This price includes the birthday child plus 13 guests
Each additional guest: $5 per child
Combined Parties for Twins &/or Siblings ONLY will be an additional $50 per child and that includes 3 additional guests.
Nerf &/or Ninja Parties: (Ages 5 and up)
We provide the AMMO & SAFETY GLASSES
Blasters / Guns: We encourage you to bring your own. If you do not have one we can provide you with one of ours. Please label them with your name to avoid mix up's at the end of the party.
The price includes the birthday child plus 15 guests MAX.
IEA Current Members ONLY: $225
Non Members: $275
Combined Parties for Twins &/or Siblings ONLY will be an additional $50 per child and that includes 3 additional guests.
Birthday Party Deposits:
They are due at least 3 weeks before your party and are required in order to hold your date on the birthday calendar. These fees are non-refundable:
IEA Members: $100.00
Non Member: $125.00
Nerf Parties - IEA Members: $112.50
Nerf Parties - Non Members: $137.50
Additional Party Time:
(If the time is available.)
There is an additional $50 fee if you would like your party to be 2hrs instead of 1hr & 1/2.
Party Times Slots:
Saturday’s: 10:00-11:30, 10:30-12:00, 11:00-12:30, 1:30-3:00, 2:00-3:30 & 2:30-4:00
Sunday’s: 1:00-2:30, 1:30-3:00, 2:00-3:30 & 2:30-4:00
(Other times may be available upon requests, 4pm is the latest party end time.)
Included Party Supplies:
Table Clothes, Plates, Cups, Napkins & Silver ware
We provide Solid Color(s) supplies and we can mix the colors as well.
If you have a certain theme & would like to provide your own supplies
That is fine just let us know.
We may have your theme in our party supply as well depending on what it is.
Our Birthday Party Calendars Fill Up FAST & we are booking MONTHS out, especially around the Holiday months!
